Can someone link me to a post about this or simply explain it? I'm an experienced bodybuilder, but have stuck to one complex program for the last few years.

I'm thinking about doing something different, and I was reviewing Diesel's old post. Less than 4 reps too heavy, more than 8 too light.

I don't think I've ever asked: what are the benefits / harms of adding or subtracting weight in your routine? Namely non isolation such as bench, squats, cleans, etc.?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
