how to get pecs and six pacs

first time i am visiting this part of the forum, so excuse me if this topic has been discussed 2 many times before but i just need some advice.
My friend told me muscle is protein and water, so he told me 2 eat loads of protein+drink water, which is wat i am doing, i am also taking vitamine tablets.
I am chinese and i have a medium body type, not too big and not too small, i want to get bigger muscles but not those bulging ones, just big enough to show through the shirt, has some real use but not take too much time.
I am doing sit ups every other day after school everyday, right now i am up to 50 and add 3 everyday, my friend told me i should have six pac in 2 month.
What about pec, friends told me i have 2 go on machine with high weight and low rep, but i dont think my body is suited to that since i got no pecs wat so eva. So i plan to do medium weight with medium reps.
How long do u guys think it would take 4 me to get the pecs and six pac, and any advice on how to get it bigger in less time??

That is some lousy advice from your buddies bro and TERRIBle outlook on what you want and with goals like that you cant expect to actually follow through with it

Abs-are all about your current bodyfat percentage and doing exercises where you KILL your abs

Abs are a muscle that should only be worked out once a week,HARD!

It should only take you 15 minutes to wear out your abs then call it a day. Remember abs can be discouraging because the more you eat,the more they disappear. From a day to day basis it doesn't matter but keep that in mind if you are about to go swimming or partake in an activity were your shirt will come off.
