Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

tbar and bent over bb rows are both good for your lower back, but that's not their primary purpose - that's what deadlifts are for

I wouldnt say one or the other is better. Do the one you feel comfortable doing. Or rotate them every week or two.

If youre an athlete in training for competetion I would consider the dynamic rows. And where shoes when you do them. :)
