Dinner: No rice or pasta?

My whole life I always have either rice or pasta with my dinner (usually rice). I can't imagine not having one of them.

What does your usual dinner consist of?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

i have either donna kebabs, chips and sausage, and a kfc mega bucket at least 1 night of the week

the other nights I eat tuna, pasta and chicken mainly, with beans usually. Usually eat sausage rolls out of a pack from the supermarket when i'm wanting to snack, i stock up on them.


I'm 250lbs, 5'11, and ripped to ****

haha, sure you are.

For dinner, I eat 300 grams of chicken or steak, plus a large serving of veggies (Broccoli, snow peas and some lettuce when I am cutting).

Tuna is also good, but I eat that (soaked in natural oils to gain natural fats) with multigrain toast for breakfast.
