Need Help With A Waitress

Dear Guys:
I need some advice. I have gone this Sports/Stadium bar to work on business plan for college. To make this story short their is this cute waitress who works there that has caught my attention. She seen me before(from university in another town) and has asked about the project/helped me out. I cut to the chase: How do I ask her out without scaring her off, having her throw me out/get a restraining order, or have her employer S**t a brick at me. I have read some the "how to get waitresses threads" but need some advice for the final push and to close the deal. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Guys. Later
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

For real...seems like everyone on here is paranoid about stupid s.hit. I hear all this crap like, "oh i'm scared to have sex with her cuz she might claim I raped her...blah blah blah". Thats an excuse to continure to be a virgin.
