There is no best excersize for anything. I do 20 reppers about once a month because that's how they best fit into my program. There are, however, cycles in which you do 20 rep squats 3x a week and still put on serious mass. Of course the program is focused primarily on squatting with just a few assistance excersizes afterwards.
