I've lost 4.5 pounds once, after running, then squats and then swimming.

Mostly water I guess, but when I actually measured I was like... cool. :p

Did you ever do both before and after measurements?

How much did you lose?

Not much .. I drink half a gallon total throughout my lifting sessions (32oz during workout, 32oz post workout shake).
