“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Anyone heard of this???

Story is, I struggle with 125 pounds on the bench. My manager and I go to the same gym and he says were going to do teardowns today and well have you benching 185 in three weeks... WTF? Is he full of it or what?

Basically he says we'll put 185 on the bar and I'll slowly lower it and he'll help me bring it back up. So again, is he full of it?

He got the down part right too, you'll be down alright.

If the weight is too heavy for you to even do a negative with, then you will drop that bar directly on your chest. Sounds exciting doesn't it? Cracked sternum, broken ribs or punctured lung is TOTALLY worth benching 185...

Not saying that WOULD happen, but it's definitely a possibility, and a large one at that.
