How many times should I ask a girl out before giving up on her? I get rejected so often its not even funny... I'm so good at sarging in person but this telephone talk/ ESPECIALLY ONLINE TALKING. I get rejected so much on the phone/over AIM... but I swear if I was hanging out with them in person they would be mine so fast. I'm tired of hearing this "im busy" response or just typical flaking.

You tell them that they cannot get to know your fully dynamic personality wthout them seeing you in person

Ask them out once it they say no it is over. Any more and you will be known as a stalker.

set them straight. tell them that you think you have a connection going. but u aint gonna hang around forever!

A friend of mine's has a good rule that I've adopted. Ask out once.. if she has a good reason for saying no, then OK to ask out a second time. If she says no at that time, don't ask again.

Another thing I've noticed that works.. If you've been getting into long convo's with her on the phone, but she won't get together, then quit calling. If she calls in the next week or so, then she's probably realized she could loose you, faced her anxieties, and is ready for the next step. If she doesn't bother to call, you have your answer.

"I'm busy" = she doesn't want to loose your attention, but she doesn't want to give you anything. Don't give her that option. Act aloof, let her contact you. Work on other women.

I've never had it happen, but if she calls, but still won't get together, I'd say "I'm confused about this, you call, but you turn down something simple like getting together, what's up with that?" If I didn't get resolution, then this is a game, and I'd just cut it. Don't buy her excuses like "I'm busy". Tell her that you just aren't into all these phone calls, but not getting together.

In general, women aren't thinking of our side. If you can make it clear to her that something is a big deal, without ripping into her, then that helps. Giving her some fair consequences to consider does this quite well.
