“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey guys, kind of an unrelated question, but everybody else seems to toss them out there, so here goes

I constantly find myself feeling bored out of my mind.

I mean there are things I have to do everyday as a matter of routine, that can't be allowed to not occur. Problem is, my mind's on auto pilot 90% of the time. I'm pretty sure I could write a program to conduct all of my day to day routine tasks.

So my question is this, is it normal to feel bored all the time? and if not, what do you do to alleviate this boredom?

Thank you in advance,

-E.Nigma

P.S. - I got a new mp3 player recently, and it has an option to play the music at a different tempo. I now find myself listening to music that runs 2 times faster. Is this normal?

Tons of people go through life on autopilot, it's easy and it takes no effort. It's good if someone realizes it but it's even better when they actually do something about it.

Most times the boredom is because everything the person is doing is for the benefit of someone else. Ask yourself, what do you actually do for yourself that's enjoyable? How often do you do it? Chances are it's very little on both parts.

I suggest turning off autopilot and start being in the moment. Start noticing the details of what you do, then make minor adjustments to it and see what happens. Take a different route when you're coming home from work, make a stop somewhere you haven't been before. Hang out with your buds and do something that you haven't done before. Hell, find some other people to hang out with sometime. Whatever you do, make sure it's something different, something you can't program yourself to do.

Thanks guys, Francisco d'Anconia good advice, I should do some things differently. I tend to lock myself into preset routines because I'm an efficiency nut. The route I take to work is by far the fastest, and I learned where the cops stand, so I can speed :) but yeah. I get the idea. I think this sunday I might go to a shooting range. I haven't done that in years.

Shezz, funny thing is, I have a reasonably eventful life. I go out atleast 1 day a week, ususally more. I hang out with people, god knows I spend alot of time online. I watch movies. ( I pay to have all the freaking channels, and there is still nothing good on :( ).

I guess, I need to brake the routine. Personally I'm thinking of leaving my current job. That should make my life interesting for a while.

If you have anymore words of wisdom, I would appreaciate it.

Thank You,

Tsk, tsk. Someone clearly hasn't had their beer this morning.

By replying to my original message, you are promoting it. Committing in your narrow minded view yet another "wrong". This is a forum to help people. That is the broad definition way to view it.

So get your narrow mind out of the gutter, if you don't have anything good to say, well STFU.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

My life isn't really eventful at all, but believe it or not, I am never bored. Until I read this post, I hadn't even thought about the concept of boredom for...dunno...YEARS, I guess.

I'm not saying this to gloat, just to suggest that boredom may be more of a "state of mind" thing than depending on the activities you are actually engaging in. (ie an easily bored person will get bored (eventually) doing eve the most "exciting" stuff, while a, umm, not easily bored person umm won't<---I need some new vocabulary, lol.)

Quitting your job to make my life more interesting is something I have done in the past. Didn't really work, because I quickly became bored with the one after (and the one after that). Along the way something "clicked" I think, and life just seems (and feels) very interesting to me (even if it might look dead boring to someone else).
