Without a picture I can't tell for sure. And NO THAT ISN'T AND INVITATION FOR A PICTURE. Worst comes to worst next time you see your doc have him take a look. Every couple of years I seem to grow a pimple or two on my penis. This happened back in high school when I was still a virgin and I had it checked out ASAP just to make sure it wasn't cancer. Doc basically explained that lots of guys get them and they clear up pretty quickly but mine don't so I have to pop them which sucks but better than teh cancer or teh herpes. Oh and I wash my penis every days so its not like I got it cause I'm a slob...even though I am a slob at everything but hygiene =p.
