Recently, I just realized my physician seemed to suck-a$$. I've been coughing for over three weeks and he just kept giving cough syrup. I told him, according to the internet, cough syrup is supress cough and doesn't cure it. He told me just kept taking it. I almost half way to my second bottle of my medicine and I took a lot of anti-biotics for the mucus.
So far my mucus gone down, but my coughing isn't going away. So I re-visit to doc today, and he said I might have asthma, so he gave to inhalent. Man, I just he knows what he's doing. What is the best way to get rid of coughing. It's not getting any better for three weeks already.
Can I continue to run and lift-weight? What food and things should I avoid? Does swallow my phlegm/mucus make things worse? Most importantly, how the h ell can I find a good doctor in America?

cut down on antibiotics wenever u go to doc the first thing they will subsvcribe is anti biotics . say no antibiotics and theyyll come up with sumthing different...


antibiotics do the job but taken every time u catch sumthing will make the germs immune to it and wen ur like 80 and u cant take antibiotics cos they do nothing u in big trouble

its not like the germs stay in your body for 60 years til ur 80 then reappear and make you magically sick.. what makes them immune is society as a whole, not one person taking them or not. your doc has lots of experience and im willing to bet he/ she knows what shes talking about.

well hopefully by then there will be different types of cures but chances are your gonna get sick withing those 60years and end up using antibiotics
