I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I feel like whenever i stop workin out for a week or so, for reasons beyond my control usually, i end up putting on weight fast. Does anybody else have this happen to them? It's like the body just stores the crap out of every thing u eat. I've noticed it a few times now, where im in a great routine working out 3-4 times a week, then i stop for a week/week and a half. I then seem to get this little layer of fat on my belly after like a week or so. It seems so quick for that to happen. Is that normal?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

two possibilities:

(1) it's genetic. oh well! keep exercising

(2) something in your diet -- probably too many simple carbs -- is loading it on for you.

The fat gain diddnt happen that fast before i worked out. it seems much faster when i have been working out and then stop. Either that or my metabolism has slowed down a ton now that im 25. I used to eat monstrous amounts of food and never went above 145 since high school. Now i gotta watch wat i eat all the time.
