Right arm stronger than left arm?

Well, my right arm is stronger than my left arm. Although I do the same exercises all the time with both arms, my right arm is way stronger. If you look at both arms you can´t see a difference caus the right arm is as big as the left arm.
Stupid question, but can that be because of masturbation?

It's not because masterbation. Typically everybody's dominant arm is their strong arm. This is the common case.

To even it up, when you do iso-exercises or DBs, do 2-3 extra reps with your weak hand.

This was the advice given in Men's Health about 5 years ago. I followed and after a couple of months My strength had evened out. Though my right forearm has always still been more defined.

I'm left handed and my right arm is the stronger one.
Usually its the one I favor when I carry groceries or flex for people. If you check the pictures in my journal on this page, you can see that there is a definite size difference between the two as well.

I agree with Teflon on maybe adding a rep or two. Either that or it will eventually even out as you go.

Adding extra reps and using your left hand more often than right will increase size on your "secondary" arm.

I wouldn't exactly say that. If thats all it took, we could grow indefinatley.

yep, my right arm is alittle stronger than my right too. it's that way with everyone cuz u use that arm more, so the other one jus sits back and slacks off,lol. using ur other arm more should make it alittle stronger, but if there is a huge size difference, than u defenantly need to fix that. try moving slower during reps and usein about 8 to 12 reps to gain size. also eat more,lol. everyone has a small size difference, but it's usually not noticable.
