I never felt any discomfort with them, but they seem to be a taboo exercise. Anyone know the science behind why they are so bad?
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Depends on what they're lifting for. Even done in that jerky fashion, done correctly, they're called hang pulls, and develop explosive strength with your legs, lower back, and shoulders. However, they're usually done by Olympic lifters, and not of much use to people who just wanna get "buff."Skilla_Staz said:Epileptic lifter sydnrome is a sad sad disease lol
