“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Nutritional Information

I've worked there for seven months and I must say, the food is amazing. Nothing like your typical fast food, and seemingly much, MUCH healthier. Would chowing down on this on a regular basis seem like it would help bulking while minimalizing if not reducing fat gains?

if you eat chipotle like I do, with as much cheese & sour cream as they'll put on a burrito, it might have as much if not more fat than other fast food. Just like Subway. It depends on what you put on it. The options are definitely there, though.

The question is whether you can accurately estimate portion sizes. Research indicates that NO ONE correctly estimizes portion sizes at restaurants... so be careful charging into Chipotle (or anywhere else) thinking "man, this must be healthier than McDonalds"... it's possible to lean bulk on that, too, depending on your metabolism, activity level, etc. I'm hestitant to say "everybody go out and eat X, cuz there's no way to get too much or too little of it."

I thought we were out of the idea of lean bulking.

in any case it looks fine on paper, although remember that their flour tortillas and rice have a very high GI. but it's real food with protein, carbs and fats. if your metabolism can hack the combo of simple carbs (rice, tortillas) with fat (sour cream, fatty beef, cheese as Throttle said) then go for it.

that said, if it's all natural food, why pay for someone else to fix you something you'd essentially could be making at home anyway? if out of convenience and it doesn't make you fat, go for it..

if I go out to eat at a fast food joint, I want something that makes my arteries tremble in fear and the meal to pack enough ****ty calories to feed a small family (for a week). but that's me. :)

Lean bulking in my opinion is gaining weight while losing fat at the same time. Becoming "leaner" while bulking. Lean Bulking. I was under the impression that thats what you believed could happen, Alex.

And I hate sour cream. I ususally get the tacos. Steak, softshell, hot sauce, cheese, lettuce.

At chipotle the portioning is a big deal. They go over how much of everything to put on the items, and every day they post a new chart telling you if you (the line staff) is overportioning, or underportioning and by how much.

ohhhh.. I think of lean bulking as something else, my mistake. :) the "trying to eat 137 calories over maintainance (all from tuna and ricecakes) to make huge muscle gains with zero fat gain" .. you can get larger and leaner just as you want, yes, just the term 'bulking' confused me.

Ah sorry about that. To me bulking means gaining weight.

I meant cut fat, build muscle.

I'll call it culking from now on lol

Yeah, during the summer when I was eating there basically every day due to work, and lifting and running, I kept my weight, but lost about 3 inches off my waist, and "toned up" a bit, as people like to put it.
