I've read a few posts on this board saying that not masturbating will improve your confidence and drive to get women yada yada yada. Is this actually true though? I've always been a pretty horny guy, usually beat it like once every other day on average but I'm always thinkin about sex. It's now been 5 days since i jerked it cause I'm making a conscious effort to see how long I can go without doing it, and I'm starting to go insane from the urge to **** something. I'm just not seeing what benefits I can get from this at this point.

yeah.im wondering the same thing.ive been trying not to,but sometimes i give in lol.but now i am really trying not too to spank it.so yeah,does it increase confidence,drive,etc? cause if it does,i feel im in for some more painful self revelation.

Wat i've learned is that overall it decreases your sexual drive, but you'll experience random days where it'll be VERY strong, but on most days its actually not bad at all, ur drive actually will seem more chilled...
