“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hi All,

I've changed my diet around - more 'natural' food then processed food. Please let me know what you think.

Pre Breakfast - 6am

2 whole boiled eggs

Breakfast - 7.30-8.00am

1 serve of porridge
2 x long sushi rolls

Morning Tea 10-10.30am

2 p/butter sandwiches (2 slices of 10 grain&seed bread)

Lunch 12am

3 chicken thigh fillets, no skin with 1.5 cups of brown rice and serve of liquid gravy

Afternoon Tea - 2.00am

2 p/butter sandwiches (2 slices of 10 grain&seed bread)

Dinner 6.00am - 7.00am

2 pork scotch fillets grilled with 2 grilled pineapple rings (640 cals, 20g fat, 39g carbs, 80g prot) and half a cup of brown rice

Snack 8.00am-9.00am

Half a protein shake - 2 scoops with 250ml milk. I can't stand to drink half a litre of milk in one sitting - makes me queasy and completely throws me for the next day.

Pre-bedtime snack 2 9.30am-10.00am

1 apple

Totals:

Calories: 3500
Fat: 111 (29%)
Carbs: 400 (44%)
Prot: 223 (26%)

So, what do you think? I'm 23, 121 pounds, very high metabolism, trying to gain weight. Also doing a workout four days a week - Mon, Tues, rest Wed, Thurs Fri, rest weekend.

I know the protein is a bit low but can't think of any other protein to add.

Thanks
Maggs

You'll gain weight on this diet alright, but i think you'll be gaining more fat than needed. Of course this "very high metabolism" might fight that off. The worst part i think is all those carbs before bed.

Being only 120 lbs doing pretty much anything will make you grow but you might as well hone things in now.

Oh and you have way more a.m. in your day than i do :)

eh.. i don't know what i'm saying.. if that's working and you're not gaining too much fat stick with it.. it's really hard to say anything until you see someone's individual response. Just keep the protein in about the per pound body weight range you have now as you get heavier. I think a lot of people's mistake is that they keep their diet the same as they get larger. The bigger you get the bigger your diet has to get :) But really you're good to go for a while.. you get about as many calories as i do and i'm 190 lbs and i'm growing pretty fast. The one thing i do different is i get way more fat and far less carbs in my diet. I don't know where the idea that bulkers need a crapload of carbs comes from and that fats are "bad." Just make sure they're good fats.. which peanut butter and fish essentially are.

Good luck and post your workouts. Oh and are you sure you added up those calories right?
