“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Just like to put in a little something beginners might not know about...

When I first started out squatting, I could never get my thighs parallel to the floor. My leg would just get "stuck" and it would never feel "normal."

I realised that it was simply because my ankles weren't flexible enough. So now, I do a little ankle stretch before I squat and voila! I can squat much lower now! (although still not arse to grass). :woo:

Anyways, if you guys don't feel comfortable suqatting, this may be the reason. Or maybe you just have bad form.

Squats really are the total pwnage. I've never been hungrier in my life after doing 4 sets of squats....:trouble:

Stretching your ankles makes you hungrier after 4 sets of squats than before you stretched your ankles?

Haha, yeah! Cuz after I stretch my ankles, I can squat lower, giving me a tougher workout.

Your thighs should really be AT LEAST parallel to the floor. Before, I would just stop at 60 degrees, and it wouldn't really kill my thighs as much as they do now.

Do box squats, they help with the balance and form.
