I just started a new weight routine with a buddy, different than any I had been doing... My buddy is really pushing me hard. I have only done two workouts so far in this new routine, and either I need glasses or I am seeing results this quick.. I actually THINK I see a *slight* difference in the mirror..

Is that possible to see results after only 2 workouts??? I figured it would take at least a month.. :D

You are just pumped, your muslces swell after you work out and stay that way for a couple days to a week. Real results (like actual muscle cell growth) will take months.

I am not a pro but I doubt it would take actual months to notice your muscles getting bigger.


I also get very fast results. After 4 workouts I can see more muscle definition and increase in size. I know everyone says it take like a month or so, but I can notice almost a week or so of starting. And its not just my mucles being pumped right after the workout.

If you are lean, you will see results quicker becuase there is less fat hiding the difference. So keep it up bro.
