i only need to lose about 15 pounds to be back to my normal self. and i've gone to the gym for over a year and i can't seem to shed any pounds. i only eat twice a day and i still stay the same weight. i'm thinking of going to L.A weight loss. anybody ever try it?

i remember when i was younger when i went to the gym the pounds just disappeared. now that i'm 28 it takes forever. it sucks. help!

yea maybe you should eat more frequent, but smaller meals. like 5-6 meals a day, but eat less in each meal.

you have reached a plateau. you should probably switch up your routine a bit and clean up your diet starting with what i said. i dunno what carb cycling is, but it's supposed to help break plateaus or something. you eat more like on sunday and go back to normal 5-6 meal eating the other days. maybe someone else can help u out w/that

You need to be eating more than twice a day, that is where your problem lies. What is your current height, weight, diet and your routine look like?

Eat smaller meals, more frequently. This will boost your metabolism and make it work overtime because it will have to constantly be digesting food(using energy & burning fat).Your meals should be healthy, etc, etc, you know what im talkin about.

example:

7:00 AM = Breakfast

10:00AM = Morning Snack

12:00PM = Lunch

3:00PM = Afternoon Snack

6:00PM = Dinner

9:00PM = Evening Snack(as small as possible)

i'm 5'11, 188 pounds, and i eat the same thing everyday no lie. 2 hamburgers and 2 hot dogs with nothing on them. i guess i should get a better variety
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Yeah dawg, get some veggies in there and some of that 'healthy stuff' and you'll see some lower digits on the scale.
