“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Ive been trying to gain weight for a while now, i know my diet is most likely what holding me back. ive been reading through different weight gain programs, and in them are samples of meals that should be eaten. of the six meals most of them show, half of the meals are from powders and supplements ive never heard of. the actual program in them are simple to understand: lift heavy, low reps, 3 days a week, dont overtrain, lots of rest. great, but can i do this by eating whole foods? has anyone gained a significant amount of weight without 10 different suplements, and powders. protein is needed i understand, i just need some help planning these meals

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Supplements are designed to supplement your diet. So yeah, eat as much wholefood as you can, and then supplement with protein powder on top of that to reach your daily protein and calorie intake.

Not sure why you'd need 10 supplements as a beginner, I use whey, vitamins and fish oil.

4-5 months ago I was about 90lbs at 5'5". Then I started drinking Ensure Plus, which costs about $33 for a pack of 24 bottles at Costco. Costco is really cheap compare to other places. Ensure Plus has about 350 calories and 12g proteins. Now I am about 130lbs. My body frame is still thin looking, but I look a lot better than before. Now I am working out in the gym.

All you have to do is eat atleast three times a day and drink Ensure Plus after your meals. You'll continue to be able to eat more and more as you drink and eat.

You don't need to buy supplements but buying a jug of Whey Protein and finding a good weight gain shake recipe might even save you money on food and it will be very beneficial to growth.

Whey protein. Even with minimal doses i noticed weight (muscle) gain on the 3rd/4th day. After years of being skinny.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

You need Whey protein for the post-workout meal. it hits the muscles quickly and prevents your muscles from atrophying.
I think you'll manage just fine downing any source of protein after. Whey isn't necessary.

I think people are too anal about a lot of this stuff.
