pinched nerve in shoulder?

I've been having a weird pinching feeling in my right shoulder at about the middle of my shoulder blade for about 3 or 4 years. I usually feel it only when I lift something heavy but sometimes there's a weird buzzing feeling even when I don't do anything. It kind of feels like a very small amount of electricity running through the area.

I stretch out my shoulder whenever I feel it but it usually does nothing to help. I'm thinking I should go to a doctor but I don't know if it's serious.

I have a pinched nerve in my left shoulder; it feels like being stabbed with a burning sword. When it acts up on me I'm unable to lift even just my own arm into the air.

I've never experienced any sort of buzzing.
