“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Anyone else heard of this diet? ....you put it all in a bowl, heat it, and eat it twice a day.

Not sure if it was yogurt, or cottage cheese... both taste rank, but I've lost 20 pounds over teh course of 4 months.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Congrats on the weight loss but why do something as gross as that?
With a good, tasty, hearty diet you could have lost that weight in half the time.

Oatmeal is a wonderful diet food as long as you don't use sugar. If you must have sweetener the I guess splenda is okay but I'd recommend staying away from artificial sweeteners.

Yogurt also is a great diet food. It's been shown that dairy products like milk and yogurt are not only very healthy for you, they keep you full longer and help with losing fat, especially from the mid-section.

Cottage cheese is a good food to incorpotate into a healthy diet.

And why CONDENSED milk? If your worried about fat then use skim but that fat in 1% or even 2% can be healthy for your body. Little tip: I always alternate between skim an 1% or 2%. I drink upwards of 5 gallons of milk a week so drinking only 2% would be alot of fat.
