This chick I know constantly flakes out on me. I got pissed at her today cuz she was supposed to meet me and she never showed up...

Now I imagine she's gonna have an excuse for it but I don't think I can put up with any of her crap anymore...what should I do? NEXT her?

If you want next, then go for it. But if you still want her, you got one last chance. Set something up she just can't resist then bail out on her a**! Then give her one of the lame a** excuses she give like I got called into work or whatever it is that works for you.

It's a bit immature, but I like doing it. If a girl pisses me off and bails on me, and I end up having to make other plans, I do the same to her. Make the plans, call her right before you're supposed to meet and say something like "Hey, sorry but I won't be going tonight, something came up." and go hang out with another broad. If she hears about it, she'll be pissed. That'll fade and she'll be wanting to win you over.

Show her you are a man and not afraid to get mad at her. Do not tolerate that sort of behavior. But don't be mean to her.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
