How can you keep ahead of all the new tips and tactics a Don Juan needs to know?
Tips and tactics by themselves are made obsolete in zero-sum games, while the DJ-Mindset lasts forever. Ask Pook.
You're a Don Juan; you have options; women come to you, not vice versa. How can I get a life like that?
If you believe in yourself, go for it. Since AFCs have faced many setbacks anyway, so they are courageously stepping out to become the kind of man they want to be.
There are books on how to be a PUA and how to be a Player. But there is little advice on how to be a Don Juan, a Man. Pook is one of the greatest resources.
If you are thinking of becoming a Don Juan, first ask yourself, “Can I take it emotionally? “ You will have to learn to step out from the rest, to walk this on your own. The initial stage will be rough. You'll have a terrific date with a hot chick, and you'll never hear from her again. Knowledge itself is not the crucial factor in making you a Don Juan; it's that ability to survive those initial period of hopeful, promising efforts that lead nowhere. If you have the emotional fortitude to last through this period, you'll succeed. Also ask yourself, ”Why should I be interested in her? Why should she not be interested in me?”
As a Don Juan, you tell yourself since you have limited quality time to invest only in a handful of women, you must choose the best. The most I could handle is three great women.
You never seem to lose sight of the big picture. What keeps you from getting bogged down by difficulties?
We can't learn anything by simplifying difficult issues. We've got to complexify them.
For example, Pook looks for simplicity but likes to convey complexity when he wrote his posts. He loves simplicity but realizes that getting there means making connections to his own past experiences. Listening to him, you learn not just the answer but also how to make connections with your own past experiences and thus deepen your understanding. But I want to warn against going too deep. Digging too much is no good. Teach yourself just enough to get perspective and the courage to try it out in the fields, but not so much that you lose your own point of view.
